The Centennial Kick-Off
The Centennial Kick-Off party this New Year’s Eve was a resounding success! It was a sold out crowd of over 150 GLP friends and family that was the perfect evening to launch the Centennial fundraising campaign to raise $100,000 for two commemorative projects – a Multi-Purpose Shade Pavilion and Clark Hall renovation with over $3500 raised. Also unveiled that evening was the 100-year wooden banner that will be added to our GLP sign in 2021 at the entrance on East Shore which was donated by Will & Deacon Prince.
Thank you to the dedicated members of the New Year’s Eve Committee who worked for months planning the night including Co-Chairs Celeste Burns and Debbie Ferriter, and members Kathy DiFrancesca, Amanda Gallagher, Mary Kay Pappas, Lori Perrone, and Debbie Reid.
